I’m a Fort Walton Beach Realtor with a soft heart and a sharp business mind. Nicole was phenomenal! She was the agent responsible for selling my Mom's home and she did an outstanding job as she handled the sale with tenacity , professionalism , and efficiency. Even though she had many obstacles to over come, everything from one seller living on the other side of the country, to being a double agent as the buyers didn't have an agent because they too were out of state. That's alone was impressive because a good agent always looks out for the best interest of their client but in this case her client was both the seller and the buyer !
